For over 15 years as a Software Trainer and Project Manager, with her family's ERP software company in the USA, Lauren worked with businesses to improve their bottom lines. She helped clients with limited accounting experience to use software to handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, sales and inventory functions as well as to generate and read financial statements. She has proven her ability to effectively multi-task and ensure all administrative duties are completed according to guidelines, standards and deadlines.
With her business, accounting and administrative experience, Lauren brings a high level of core competencies to the table including project management, proposal & quote writing and negotiating, inter-company account reconciliation, systems and account auditing, software conversion and implementation and procedure documentation.
